You are also responsible for making sure your use of the site complies with applicable laws, rights, and obligations.

2. Availability

I try to keep OnlineFileConverter available, reliable, and easy to use, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Features may be updated, limited, improved, or removed as the site evolves, and temporary interruptions may happen because of maintenance, technical issues, traffic, or security-related protections.

3. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from using OnlineFileConverter in any way that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, unauthorized, or intended to interfere with the operation of the website. 5. No Liability for Data Loss

While I aim to keep OnlineFileConverter reliable, I do not guarantee that files, converted outputs, or service availability will always be error-free. You are responsible for keeping your own copies and backups of any files you upload or download. I am not liable for any loss of data, corruption of files, failed conversions, or other damages arising from use of the service.
